We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the nutritional information. Always consult with a qualified veterinarian for your pet's specific dietary needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nako and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App. This includes any harm to your pet resulting from dietary decisions made based on the App's recommendations.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Nako and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of these Terms.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the App, to understand our practices regarding your personal information.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
